Thank you for choosing 99ads. We are excited to work with you and design high-converting ads for your business.

1. Service Agreement

Our company, Labis Labs LTD, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, agrees to provide you with a weekly batch of advertisements ("Ads") as described in our prior written proposal. All communications regarding our services must be in writing and during our specified business hours.

2. Client Requirements

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary digital multimedia assets and grant us permission to edit them.

• Grant "view performance" access to your Business Manager(s) on relevant advertising platforms.

• Provide feedback within 2 business days of our request.

• Submit any revision requests in a single, comprehensive communication.

3. Payment

You agree to our payment terms, including:

• Automatic monthly billing for the duration of our agreement.

• Maintaining a current and valid payment method at all times.

• Promptly resolving any payment issues or discrepancies.

4. Duration and Termination

Our agreement automatically renews monthly. After the initial 30-day period, you may terminate with 15 days' notice, and we may terminate with 30 days' notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the Ads and materials we produce for you. We retain rights to our proprietary services and software. You grant us a limited license to use your trademarks and materials to perform our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all communications and information confidential. We may collect and use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of the agreement, negligence, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

9. No Guarantee

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results from our services. You use our Ads and Work Product at your own risk.

10. No Solicitation

You agree not to solicit, hire, or engage in business with our employees, contractors, or consultants for five years after the termination of our agreement.

11. Refunds

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You are not automatically entitled to a refund for services rendered.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, with jurisdiction in the courts of Sofia.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

By completing a purchase on this website, the parties hereby understand and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
