Skin Laundry is the laser facial pioneer — the leading destination for laser skin resurfacing and facial rejuvenation, with 59+ clinics across the US, plus locations in Hong Kong, Dubai, and London. Founded in 2013 in Santa Monica, the brand has performed 2.5 million+ laser facials to date. Skin Laundry took a treatment that used to live exclusively in dermatology offices and turned it into a routine 15-minute visit — accessible, repeatable, and built around a membership model that drives the majority of the business. Alongside the clinics, Skin Laundry runs a DTC line of dermatologist-approved skincare products.

Challenge

One person, Canva, and the same Meta spend.

Before working with us, Skin Laundry’s creative engine was a single in-house operator making every ad in Canva — cropping, captioning, font-testing, color-testing, manually iterating one variation at a time. The spend was already running at scale. The creative output couldn’t match it. With one person on Canva, only 1–2 fresh ads could rotate in per week — far below what the spend actually demanded to keep KPIs efficient and the audience fresh.
