Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May 2026

1. Our Commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological impairments.

Conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA also forms the substantive technical baseline used by US courts to evaluate website accessibility under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA“), the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws, and similar state laws. We design and maintain the Website with these requirements in mind.

2. Measures We Take

To support digital accessibility on the Website, we have implemented and maintain the following measures:

  • accessibility is integrated into our design and development process and reviewed before each material release;
  • automated accessibility testing is run during development using industry-standard tools (including axe and Lighthouse);
  • the Website is built with semantic HTML and uses ARIA landmarks and labels where appropriate;
  • text and interactive elements meet minimum colour-contrast ratios under WCAG 2.1 AA;
  • images contain meaningful alternative text where they convey information, and are marked as decorative where they do not;
  • all interactive elements are operable with a keyboard, and a visible focus indicator is provided;
  • forms include programmatically associated labels and clear error messages;
  • the Website is responsive and remains usable at zoom levels up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
  • our team is encouraged to maintain a basic working knowledge of accessibility principles and to flag potential issues during review.

3. Conformance Status

The Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are continually working to identify and remediate any non-conformant content.

We do not currently claim full or unqualified WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, because full conformance is a continuous and evolving target rather than a one-time certification, and because some content on the Website is created by, embedded from, or hosted by third parties whose accessibility we cannot fully control (see Section 5 below).

4. Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology

The Website is designed to be compatible with the following:

  • Recent versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
  • Screen readers, including JAWS, NVDA on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
  • Operating-system accessibility features, including OS-level zoom, high-contrast modes, reduced-motion preferences, and voice-control interfaces.

The Website is not designed to be compatible with browsers or assistive technologies that are more than two major versions out of date.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Website may not yet be fully accessible. We disclose known limitations transparently and are working to address them:

  • Third-party embedded content. Video, social-media embeds, and other content hosted on third-party platforms (for example, YouTube, Vimeo, Meta, or Loom) is governed by the accessibility of those platforms, which we do not control. Where possible, we provide context, captions, or transcripts alongside such embeds.
  • Case-study creative. Some advertising creative shown on the Website (for example, on portfolio and case-study pages) is reproduced in the form in which it ran on advertising platforms. Where this creative includes information conveyed primarily through imagery or motion, we provide accompanying text descriptions in the surrounding page content.
  • Auto-generated captions. Where automated captions are used for video content, accuracy may vary; we are progressively replacing automated captions with human-reviewed captions.
  • Older case studies and blog posts. Content published before this Statement may not yet meet our current accessibility standards. We are reviewing and remediating older content on a rolling basis.

If you encounter content that is inaccessible to you, please contact us using the details in Section 8 and we will work to provide an accessible alternative or a remediation as quickly as practicable.

6. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of the Website relies on the following technologies working in combination with the user’s web browser and any assistive technologies installed on the user’s device:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • WAI-ARIA

These technologies are relied upon to conform to the accessibility standards used.

7. Assessment Approach

We evaluate the accessibility of the Website using a combination of:

  • Automated testing, performed continuously during development using axe-core and Lighthouse;
  • Manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader navigation, zoom and reflow checks, and colour-contrast verification, performed before each material release; and
  • User feedback, collected through the channel described in Section 8.

We engage external accessibility specialists to conduct periodic independent reviews where appropriate to the scale and complexity of changes to the Website.

8. Feedback and Reporting Issues

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information from the Website in an alternative accessible format, please contact us:

  • Email: support@99ads.com
  • Postal address: Labis Labs Group LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 2730 SW 3rd Ave, STE 306-64, Miami, FL 33129, United States

When you contact us, please include:

  • the URL or page on which you encountered the issue;
  • a brief description of the issue and the assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using; and
  • the format in which you would like a response (for example, plain-text email, large print, or a phone call).

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response, including any remediation steps and timeline, within ten (10) business days. Where a complete remediation will take longer, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an interim alternative where reasonably possible.

9. Formal Complaints

If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and are not satisfied with our response, you may also pursue a complaint through the relevant regulatory or judicial channel for your jurisdiction. In the United States this may include the US Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division) under the ADA, the relevant state attorney-general’s office, or a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Statement limits any right available to you under applicable law.

10. Continuous Improvement

This Statement is a working document. We review it at least annually and after any material change to the Website, and we update the “Last reviewed” date accordingly. The most current version is always available at this URL.
