Most brands chase new winners reactively and burn out their teams. We flip the script: every winning ad is treated as an asset made of audience, angle, and creative. The goal isn’t to start from scratch every week, but to preserve, multiply, and compound.

You’ll learn the Test → Validate → Preserve → Multiply framework:

  2. Validate – Confirm with performance data, extract value even from “losers.”
  3. Preserve – Tag and store validated elements to build your library.
  4. Multiply – Use the 20% speculation rule to scale winners predictably.
