How we helped GIBBON lift ROAS from 2x to 3x with a data-driven creative flywheel.
A DTC fitness brand had aggressive growth targets and a small team. We built the creative flywheel that turned research, production, analysis, and iteration into weekly signal.

About the brand
GIBBON is a US-based DTC fitness brand making balance boards and slacklines for adults, kids, and athletes. “Own Your Balance” — that’s GIBBON’s mission. Built in San Diego, the brand has sold 150,000+ balance boards and holds a 4.9 rating across 3,300+ verified reviews. The product line has moved beyond niche fitness into wellness, recovery, and standing-desk routines — making active balance training accessible to mainstream households.
Aggressive growth, content as the bottleneck.
GIBBON came to us with an aggressive growth target — and not enough internal capacity to feed Meta the creative volume needed to fuel it. The team was small enough that scaling content production in-house wasn’t viable. They needed a partner who could keep pace with their content demands, lock onto their performance targets, and operate fanatically against them.
A creative flywheel, not just a content vendor.
Volume the in-house team couldn’t ship.
Weekly research, scripts, creators, editing, testing u2014 running on our cadence. This freed GIBBON’s team to operate at the strategic level without bottlenecking on production.
Deep research before every script.
Every creative starts with deep audience research before it touches a script. The foundation that makes the rest of the flywheel work u2014 and a level of pre-creative work most agencies skip.
Analysis inside the creative cycle.
Strategy and analysis sit on the same call as creative production. When ad performance gets reviewed in the same room where the next batch is briefed, the next batch ships sharper. ROAS lifted from 2u00d7 to 3u00d7 once this loop closed.

I was able to set out my goals for what I wanted to achieve when I was working with you guys, and you guys have been laser focused on those goals, which is so, so, so helpful for me.

Once the loop closed,ROAS moved from 2x to 3x.
Creative strategy, production, and performance analysis moved as one system instead of disconnected handoffs.
